Use of the Tool and any labelling generated is limited to trade professional users only. User instructions form part of the Conditions.

Any product or system labelling generated depends on the accuracy of your data input. Check and recheck your inputs carefully.  We will take reasonable care to keep Mitsubishi Electric product data held within the Tool up to date, but we have no responsibility for any third party product data you may enter. We do not warrant that the Tool and any system labelling generated within the Tool is error-free- check and recheck outputs carefully.

The Tool is Mitsubishi Electric’s property.  You (the user, including your employer) do not acquire any intellectual property rights or database rights in the Tool. You must not copy alter or modify the Tool. You have no right to reverse engineer, decompile or dissemble the Tool.

You must apply adequate firewall and anti-virus software for use and receipt of data output. We endeavour to avoid any software virus impacting the Tool but we aren’t liable for any virus-caused data corruption or damage to your device or system.

The Tool does not store your part-complete or completed data.

You indemnify us for any claim alleging loss, damage or expense connected with your use of Tool, downloading and use of data output.

We exclude liability for your Tool access and usage to maximum permissible extent. Without limitation, this exclusion extends to any liability to any direct, indirect, consequential or special loss or damage of any nature. We disclaim any implied conditions.

We are not responsible for your time/costs for usage of Tool and downloading output. You are responsible for your connection charges to the Tool.

We are not responsible for any non-availability of the Tool at any time.

We may modify suspend or withdraw the Tool or Tool access without prior notice. Tool access and outputs are not an offer by us to sell or provide goods or services. English law applies.
